This 24-page editorial features our conversation with French model and content creator @AlizeeGamberini.
We had the chance to explore Alizee’s perspective on navigating life as a young woman online—or perhaps more accurately, surviving it. From being the subject of wild rumors and dealing with peeping neighbors to facing daily attacks from other women and unsolicited explicit messages from men in her DMs, her experiences paint a stark picture of digital life.
What might surprise many is that Alizee is a criminal law major and doesn’t consider social media her job. In this interview, we discussed the legal aspects of managing a social media account and our rights as users and creators. She also shared her thoughts on the rise of subversive online aesthetics—creepiness and violence—that have become mainstream trends.

We adopted this production model as a way of taking a stand against the inherently wasteful practices of the publishing industry, which often produces editions with a significant surplus of product.
